Trial License

Hello! Im trying to use a trial version by teh offline trial page (because I dont have connection). I can get my device UID, but i dont know where to get my "request code" (when I click "request trial license" It doesnt give me any code)

wiwilotas If you request a trial via an offline device it will generate all data that you need to proceed. It will even ask you if you'd like to put in the clipboard or save it to a file to quickly move it to a device with an online connection. So... that would mean your device has an internet connection, or you're missing something obvious like running Rhino as admin.

D-W thank you，I have same problem which is the button of “request trial license”is grey and cant click it. Maybe the system of device is windows11.

liu but you are running Rhino as administrator? (right-click on the Rhino icon)

It should always inform with a popup "Elevated privileges..." when you enter the RN options page and you're not in admin mode. This is a safety check to prevent employees from messing around with the licenses, especially in bigger office environments.

So make sure you are running Rhino as admin first. If this doesn't help let me know by reporting a bug related to UI and leaving info that will help me to track this issue.
