D-W , octane is using the rhino blocks... no visual proxies for display (to my regret ...) octane is also supporting CSV matrices import for block placement, which is a pretty mighty and strong feature. This is supported in the rhino grow plugin by Cam Newnham:

the csv file is exported and then reimported / attached to a placeholder block in rhino... it will support placement and transformation (scale / rototion) and can be used for massive amounts of entities. Drawback is that octane always needs this external csv. file and the external orbx file , so if this is lost -> :-(

But it would be great if RN would suppport the export of matrices in CSV format...
