We discussed it internally and our conclusion was that no one put those names there - seems we were wrong, It is certainly possible. Now you can double click the name and rename it or at the moment when picking it you can type in the name you want or you can put an object inside the block then RN will do exactly what you expect - it will read block name and show it on the list instead of New Entity.
