david3der No worries. To be honest I'm not sure why this doesn't work as it should work exactly like that. I have tested and indeed it seems that I made a mistake somewhere with the Cycles Bridge implementation OR it is this way that Cycles overlays do not allow such objects visibility - I'll check that.
Due to scopes well as I see those are painted in so it is a virtual object and the only indication that this scope exist so hiding it wouldn't be the most convenient step, however, you can convert paint into curves in RN tab select the scope you want hit + button from command line pick Paint > Convert now delete Paint scope and put curves as scope(s) and hide them on some layer.
[EDIT] As for now to get those pointclouds it will be best to bake them to png files with background zero opacity to make billboards and render them instead. Keep in mind that RN point cloud dot size is defined in relation to the screen itself so distance does not impact the dot while when rendering those dots will become smaller with larger distance.
