How can I make the objects spread along the tangent direction of the curve?

As you can see in the picture, the objects are not spread along the tangent direction I want, but along the normal direction. And the result of rendering is neither tangent nor normal.

TheShy This depends on orientation inside the initial block used for distribution, You can edit this block traditionally, you can use the edit button located on button stripe under Entities rollout (check command line for options for quick block insertion - its there for ease of use instead of searching it in block manager) or you can enable Rotation in Transform rollout and set narrow range with the desired angle initially it is -360 to 360 you can set it to for eg. 29 - 31 or even just 30 - 30.
