Hi there,
since I keep running into some difficulties, when it comes to multiple bend surfaces, I shortly wanted to make sure if I'm missing anything or if it's even possible right now.
I'm aware that i could set a custom axis to the whole thing, which works perfectly fine for "conventional" facade-greenery, but since we have movement on every axis here, that's not an option without looking strange.
I could split that whole subD into separate parts and assing a separate ecosystem-duplicate to each one to achive my goal, but that kills my workflow. I am still doing configurations on that whole draft, so I'd love to keep it slick and adjustable.
Do we have any options for using just face-normals as a guide? Maybe through grasshopper? So those self-overlapping domains can be kept from excluding themselves. This also happens when stacking surfaces (just as balconies) upon each other and trying to fill those with assets. In such a case just the surface on top ist filled, while excluding every single one beneath.
I'd love to use RhinoNature for a little more than "just" parks and landscaping and feel like it's able to deliver what I'm asking for with ease - maybe I'm just not getting this right. None the less: dope plugin! Loving it!
Please be aware, that I can't send over any further data, since this all is part of an ongoing competition.
Thanks!
