kyrie Mhm. It looks like RN cannot connect with the servers. Probably the issue is a firewall that blocks tightly all your TCP ports. In order to proceed, turn off all Rhinos, turn off wifi or lan cable then open Rhino as admin and try to get a trial, you should get your request code, now internet back on, and paste it into the offline trial page. Now it should work without issue.
The thing about it is that RN knows that you're online but it just cannot connect to its servers.
